zygodygo 0
I opened up ZLOrigin last night with no problem but my game wasn't downloading so I closed it and the next time I started the program I got this error. I have restarted the program and my computer, and I have replaced the file posted in the other forum questions about this error. I've also cleaned the cache and downloaded visual c++.

yoyohayli 0
I was also having this issue and replacing the provided file did not fix it. BUT, what I figured out was that I somehow had a duplicate ZLOrigin installed somewhere else on my computer! I fixed my issue by: 1. Using the uninstall exe in both ZLOrigin locations 2. Deleting the ZLOrigin folders left behind 3. Completely deleting my ZClient files (just in case) 4. Reinstalling ZClient files and running it 5. Reinstalling ZLOrigin files 6. Click "Run ZLOrigin" in ZClient 7. Navigate to ZLOrigin install location and click "Open"
