D2R crashing after loading

Hi, when i try to play D2R using ZClient, i the first two blizzard logos show, but the game crashes some time after it started loading (the diablo logo in the right bottom corner; the flames freeze shortly before crash). How to fix?

Read blz-log.txt in game folder.

Failure in initializing D3D12 with err code -1160773620, then 3685 lines of "Encountered missing grading lut, ." and then a bunch of errors about failing to create textures and maps. will ty updating

Updated, game just now goes into endless loading with the "encountered missing grading lut" being generated countlessly during this endless load 

EDIT: i was playing the game via zclient few days ago with no issue 

Same here, I was able to play the game few days ago and now my save was gone

Creating a new character is no use, won't allow me join the game.

Issues are similiar to vinmai here.

Attaching the log file here and the day when I noticed the game is not able to run,

I found Zclient was updating D2R before authenticate me.

I suspect the update crashed the previous game here. 

I am trying to redownload from the torrent, but I am not sure whether this can work or not.

Its submodule update, not game.

In log all ok.

All saves - on your pc.
