I quit the game for more than 1 year to focus on playing Rainbow Six Siege
now I go back to download and reinstall this old BF3 game on the new account (due to the old account using yahoo mail should quit), 
then the request to Active your In the game, 
I enter a new account and show the error as shown in the picture, 
hope admin help me with this problem
