no me abre el juego y el origin se cierra

Hola, ¡necesito ayuda con un problema que tengo desde hace dos días!

Pues hace dos días estaba usando normal el juego, pero lo cerré por un momento para descargar un cc que necesitaba y que funcionara claro. Resulta que luego entro en el ZClient para abrir el juego y cuando le doy a "Run" este solo se cierra y no abre nunca el juego, intente abrirlo por Origin pero tenia que hacer una actualización, intente hacerla pero por problemas de supuesta conexión se detenía a cada rato y se cerraba el Origin y la cuenta con el solo.

Intente borrar cc y otras cosas innecesarias, entre desde el usuario de mi hermana y si le funcionaba

hi, the easiest variant is to remove your mods folder, delete game cache (Documents/Electronic Arts/The sims 4) and check if it's working. If it worked before any CC, so it's not a zlorigin thing to fix it for most cases

yes! it opened when I removed the folder, but now I leave it out or what do I do?

Add one by one (or small amount) back to the folder and check if it works. Only manually, sadly, you can find out which one crashes your game.
