can't join to BF3 Multiplayer

I just downloaded the game and ran zclient successfully logged in and I got into a server via easy launcher but when it came to the validating account authentication section it got the error as in the picture, whoever has the way to fix it please help me, thanks so many, so much

Directx, vc redinst, maybe a/v removed dinput8 or zupdater.
