BF3 Language Selector with All Language Packs

I keep getting this error  [Error while accessing the registry], someone help :( [Note: I installed BF in partition D (Not in C because i only have like 80 gigs there)]

please help me, i have problem with language. it's russian and i have been searching the whole internet for a solution and none of them has worked for me. so i came here. the main thing that maked me download the game. in youtube someone provide a link of the game that had every necessary file for Zlo multiplayer and i download it. 26Gb. and now it runs fine {just multiplayer from Launcher Client } but it's russian and i change every registry and Patch {all of the patches were making my game crashes} so now i found this topic and your file been removed from upload center. i don't know what else to do. it's been two days now and i can't even change the setting because it's russian and i don't understand it. so please help me!

first, thank you for respond. second i did not see the attached file. just the mediafire link. i have download the language packs from 2 other places and i will download this too. i have tried everything. i add this to the list and i will keep you posted about the result

Eh i have next problem... I Download polish language pack. Copy to game folder, use selector in Admin mode, press 9 and exit. Now game cant start and take me link....
