While I can agree that Retail maps won't work for Beta, I think Caspian may work with Alpha Trial version. I'll try working around the Caspian later on. Differences between Metro Beta & Retail are really big, didn't expect just a downgrade in scale.

Soooo me and @tomacristi tried to connect into each others beta servers.
We used hamachi to get LAN connections, since the blaze server only works with LAN.
We launched servers and can see connections of each others but no connection was successful.
The person who created server can join the server but the person who is trying to connect to server gets connected to server but immediately gets disconnected leaving the client with only black screen.
Tried fiddling with launch params for client no change.
Tried to create blaze on one person server in other person, still no change.

What i suspect is, blaze server is not fully compatible for connections for the beta version of BF3.
I have no other blaze servers to test so i have to use what i have in hand, if you have any other blaze servers please feel free to share so we can try other ways of it.
I will try to find a way to join someone elses server while on beta and see what i can find.

what is the point of the tests :lol:? When fenix will make emulator for this beta client, then we can do some tests. (this is just wasting time) :) 

trying to get people in the servers, trying to play a one good match :)
right now we got an issue that no one but server creator can join the server and i'm doing some tweaks to get some people in the servers and blaze stability :)

Well this is completely different blaze. It wasn't even made for Open Beta. Actually i did test connecting to server with multiple people (on other pc) and i was able to connect from both pc, i just needed to redirect correctly in the hosts(Maybe you didnt redirect correctly?). There is no point testing this blaze. It would be better to test zlofenix blaze. For example, try to do unusual stuff, which may crash blaze (i remember opening battlepack in hardline, and bfh emulator died), or even find things that are working incorrectly, so then fenix can fix them.:look:

Today i tested the difference in performance when using server MP_Subway, and using Client MP_Subway

This is what i found 

  • It takes much longer to load when using client files
  • When comparing the fps ( When using Server MP_Subway, it was 6000 fps on average) (When using Client MP_Subway, it was 5000 fps on average)

Also i am trying to find a way how to switch to other map with console commands

i  tryed

  • server.loadlevel Levels/MP_Subway/MP_Subway
    As you see no gamemode :(

If i add anything other to the end of MP_007 or MP_Subway, server just says  Unknown superbundle.

We need to somehow tell the server, which gamemode to load when switching to other map,but i don't know how to do it :(

Any updates related to Alpha Trial license? I've been messing around with Beta, but I still have no clue how to disable the VOIP problem :\

Unfortunately i have bad news too :( 
When i loaded MP_007 in the server, i did not look at the other stuff.
It seems when we are loading client files, weapons get broken. Some weapons like m4a1 has automatic fire, when they should have burst fire. (can be fixed)
Other weapons for some reason like m27 iar has double ammo count. (also can be fixed)
I have succesfully extracted the dbx files and when looking at the files, i see the place where it tells to have double ammo count.

We can fix it by modifiying the MP_007.sb for the server. It wil be hard :/

Also i was able to have my own custom layout.toc
At first i used the beta layout.toc. It had encryption, but i used a program to decrypt it. Any changes i did to it and then encrypt it again, the server gave an error, i also had the alpha bf3 layout.toc, it didn't have any encryption, just copied to server/data and the server launched :D , but when trying to load MP_007, it gave an error "Unknown superbundle", then i did some editing to add MP_007 and it worked. If we could launch the alpha version of the game, i think we could play Caspian Border on it . But its sad that we don't have alpha license :(

Hi there! Just because of your post, i started the bf3 ob server (which is not modified), and guess what i saw there, broken weapons too. 
It turns out that i have put some command in the scripts that broke the weapons. And all the time i thinked it was the client files that broke it :( Thankfully it wasn't the client files


And this is the command which broke the weapons
-Player.EnableAllUnlocks 1 

You can test that command too and you will see broken weapons. The best way to see is to use m27 iar in support class, because if you use the command you will have 92 bullets, if not then 46

Sorry to everyone for false information, now i always will make sure what is in the script file before writing bad news to forum.

      Такая проблема некоторые сервера не работают без VPN Ping 999 даже если зайти на этот сервер игра пускает но черный Экран и надпись ЗАГРУЗКА  больше ничего не происходит переустановка , не помогла чистка Кэша тоже Файл лицензии тоже удалил всеравно бесконечная загрузка к серверу пример сервер [2XP] Rucckuu Cepвер All-Maps учитываем что пинг 43

      To whom it may concern, I am a long time zlorigin user and i really love the content and the work you put in. My problem is as thus follows, and it relates to battlefield 3 and may solve the hacking, rule breaking, and time managing issues admins have to go through.
      I am well aware about the presence of a discord server, and if you were to wish to implement the following on discord, it would probably be benifiting. 
      Most of the OG player base on Battlefield 3 ZLOEMU hosted Servers happen to have more knowledge of glitches and ways to get around both hacks and abusing the rules. Instead of putting a strain on admins for the push of constant "Please ban this person" or similar requests, you can create a process there-in which you can have trial admins with the following privleges :
      !Kick (Once per hour 30min)   !Warn + Reason per warning !Report (Non admins / players can report a players and until a report count of a specific threshold is met, admins can investigate, thus reducing the amount of times you have to inspect an account. You can also implement a log which records the measure taken by these trial admins/mods, thus having more control over their actions and since re creating an account is a pain, Problems will be resolved instantly.
      It's really annoying to see players change teams to sabotage and players with more unlocks such as tv missiles spawn camp each and every server from far away, and coincidentally, I've noticed decline in average users that visit the servers from time to time, and instead a rapid increase in fresh accounts that are obliviously hacking and reducing player count. I hate having to constantly look for admins which will probably result in an overburden onto admins, which I  have experienced and do not like. There has been a constant decline ever since the year started and I really don't want your services to go unappreciated.

      I was wrongfully banned for 24hrs and my beloved record was reset my whole 6 years of bf3 record was gone because of stupid modding software installed on my fucking pc (I didn't use it a bit).. is it possible to recover it ? ..if not I understand .. thanks ..

      Hello, i just installed the game and everything following the zlo guide for BF3, but for some reason everytime i join a server the game crashes, this doesn't happens on campaing

      So I have this problem which is Bf3 is not launching , when i click on join the game stays in the background proccessing and never work , what is the solution for this ? 
      also , I tried reinstalling the game because i had the invalid token problem , now the game is not running at all..
