ZClient | ZLO Cert not installed | Download Problem

Hi everybody, I'm having some problems with my sims 4 game/zclient and I'll really appreciate your help
So I was installing a bunch of cc and then I realized that my C: disk was full and couldn't install anymore. My Sims game (zorigin folder etc) is installed in my E: disk, in which I have over 400gb available, so I decided to move my documents folder from C: to E: (I don't know if this was a bad idea or not, please tell me)
I moved my documents folder successfully, I regained gb in my C: storage and the E: storage had my documents folders with all my archives.
But the problem is, when I run zclient I log in normally, I run the Sims as usual but it won't open. I tried restarting my pc, deleting cache, etc, but nothing works. It just won't open even tho zclient says it's running. My pc task manager shows that zclient and the sims 4 are running, but Sims just won't open. 
What can I do?
Feel free to ask me anything, my English isn't perfect so surely there are mistakes

Just to clarify, no error message appear, ts4 file remains where it was before doing this change, zclient runs normally and zlorigin also launches as usual. Now I'm trying to repair the game

Zclient keeps giving me this pop up error ( update file error 4)
I have uninstalled and reinstalled
rebooted laptop
allowed the .exe through my firewall
then I disabled my firewall and tried all of the steps again without any luck
..I am stuck at what to do to fix this issue?? if anyone can help me i would much appreciate this.

Hi, i just installed ZClient - ZLOrigin and login successfully but i get this error

i think i do every step right, i test with disabling antivirus,
the ZLOrigin itself i opened and it's run well, i don't have origin itself
I have windows 11
I will try to do some other things

my problem is.. everytime i join for a server for the first time it works normaly without any problems,but the problem comes when i shut down the launcher.
when i try to join a server again or even by clicking 'Run game' in ZClient it shows the error 'Unknown exe file'.
i`ve tried to join through the servers list in 'zloemu.net', same problem.
but i got a solution(not real Solution).
reinstalling the game will make it work,but you will still face this problem after exiting from your first match or even after restarting your pc.
i dont know why this happining and how to fix that bcz i didnt like this solution as its soo annoying that u have to reinstall the game everytime to just play multiplayer(yeah u can play offline but not through the launcher).
i dont know if this an individual problem, but i dont think so
as i saw another guys facing this problem but never find the answer.
 
so if any one could help please reply.
 

I tried disabling firewall, using mobile internet, vpn, other provider, nothing helped

Hello! I tried to run ZLOrigin with ZClient but it said "Can't run ZLOrigin2" and then "06000508 00000000". there´s a screenshot about it. 
I uninstalled and reinstalled ZLOrigin again but it still doesn´t work. I don´t know what else can i do

В общем мой дружбан столкнулся с этой проблемой. Я нашёл тут пару похожих тем и в основном причина в интернет соединении. Ещё вариант с кривой Виндой, но переустановить сейчас нет возможности.
Так вот собственно вопрос у меня — как это проверить? На какой параметр этого интЫрнета нужно смотреть чтобы сказать: "Да, так быть не должно. Это плохой показатель."

Решили значит вчера с друганами поиграть во что-нибудь по сети и выбор пал на BF3. Открыли для себя ZLO, скачали, установили. У двоих всё нормально, а у третьего минут через 10–15 ZClient отключается и игра закрывается. Один живёт от нас далеко, а у меня и тот у которго проблема, провайдер один и тот же. У него ещё и оптика т.к. он чуть дальше живёт в частном секторе. И в основном на инет у нас тут никто не жалуется.
В лаунчере самый низкий пинг показывает 15–25, а в самой игре примерно 10–15.
Это ж какой параметр за это отвечает, что люди с пингм за 200 играют без проблем (в смысле долго), а с 10-кой может считаться, что интернет соединение плохое? Слышал про какой-то jitter, но что-то ещё не доводилось его замерять самостоятельно.
В общем есть ли какая-нибудь возможность проверить, в порядке всё с интернетом или нет?
