It watches network packets to monitor things like server update rate & latency. Why - I'm just interested. I think it monitors the networks packets more closely than a windows network monitor but it should not interfere with them so should not look suspicious to anti-cheat. I'm wanting to use it to test the quality of my connection when in-game, not because I have any problems but just because I'm interested.
