bf3 zclient diconnected by timeout

When i launch a game after sometime it gets closed and says that "Disconnected by timeout"

in the zclient.

Bad internet?

is it my internet speed the problem?

You can disable all other programs that use the Internet. But it's better to look on the internet, since I'm not strong in this direction)
Also try to put the DNS server from Google in your network connection settings. Addresses - 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
