31337grl 0 Posted June 24, 2018 Share Posted June 24, 2018 I can't seem to get anything to download with ZClient and ZLOrigin anymore. It used to work fine (nothing has changed). I uninstalled the sims 4 because I wasn't playing it and now, whenever I try to reinstall it, my Zclient says "disconnected by timeout" within about 2-5 minutes. The download in ZLOrigin never progresses beyond 0. I have no idea what to do. I have reinstalled both zclient and zlorigin three times now, I have disabled my antivirus and firewall, tried with my vpn on and off...basically everything. It used to work, now it doesn't. Please help if you can, because I have no idea what to do. Link to post Share on other sites

31337grl 0 Posted June 24, 2018 Author Share Posted June 24, 2018 Yeah, I did, but it didn't fix it. The good news is, I think I managed to fix it (so far, at least). It seems that Zlorigin was trying to download a DLC for the sims 4 before the base game. I fixed that, and also cleared out the old installers left in the folder. The download is going VERY slow, but it at least finally started and hasn't disconnected by timeout yet. Link to post Share on other sites
