Hi there, I am a longtime user of zlorigin and have used it for Sims. I have officially ran out of space on my computer though, so I uninstalled the game with the intention of reinstalling it on an external hard drive. I changed the download and installation location to the hard drive. However, when I am downloading the games, they never get past about 5% before saying that some .package file cannot be downloaded and to check if the location is available. I have checked and as far as I can tell the pathway to the folder is accessible. I feel like this must be a permissions issue as I have had
