what you mean by provider plzz tell me what to do to fix this stuff

and i just used a VPN then it authorized and logged in but when i turn off the VPN it disconnects again and then starts connecting disconnecting again... i cant play with VPN on cuz its speed is too slow

what could it be ? i have firewall and antivirus turned off

Hi i am trying to start the zclient and then put my email and password but when i clikc connect, it keeps connecting and disconnecting but it does'nt log in .. can anyone help
