How do I run The Sims 3? This keeps appearing

i´ve tried it multiple times and it´s the same -
Hello, I have installed The sims 3 via Zlorigin and whenever i click on play, the game launcher opens and it looks like this. It says that an error occurred while starting the game. What should I do? Thanks.
