any remedy for the problem sir?

i always get kicked when it finish the loading screen

I updated my punkbuster check my account if its banned, (but it isn't) I created new account, and tried same error occur. i always get disconnect once it finish up the loading screen (0 24-1 PunkBuster Kicked player 'krypty' (for 0 minutes) ... RESTRICTION: Service Communication Failure: PnkBstrA.exe)
