And I dont wanna change my windows because I use now win 10 and I cant play so if I get back to win 7 I would be able to play but I will play on win 10 soo any help?

Can somebody unbban me I cant use zloorigin or zclient to update it say's I am banned but on my win 7 yesterday I get played and all work just fine, so can somebody fix this I will be so thankful, and can you check the ban list for cheating because I have a brother and he plays on the same pc when I am on the work..nick Bossniangamer2222
