the only thing written about that in the faq is about the antivirus and i disabled it ,,, nothing changed

An update to the problem : I changed the files' place to system32 and I could launch the "Start_server.bat" file and I had that !! >>>

My problem started with the bat file after I edited it , i doubled click it , and it didn't open any thing . So I directly opened the bf4_server_final.exe file , then it gives me this ( I have a 64-bit windows 10) "Plz admin ,, i'd like u to help me through remote controlling my pc ( I have teamviewer) ,, or show me a step-by-step video solution for this problem , cuz I don't understand the F.A.Q."
