I Checked and downloaded it, still doesn't work. I reinstall it, It's still doesn't work and kept showing the same error message. Plzz help. I played it on 2016 and it worked perfectly on the first install attempt on my brother's laptop

So I followed all the steps, and this appears. I tried it with all launchers and re-download and install it again, but it the launcher(s) just stopped working. Anyone knows what did i do wrong or forgot to do or should do?
