XINPUT9_1_0 - you need to install normal directx9. 0x0000007b - is SOME dll missing. You not installed directx9 normally, you just dropped one dll - thats why this error.

Hello Guys, I Downloaded Battlefield 3 R40 Server files And Cant open it on Windows Server 2012 ( I install Full visual and dll for Games + DirectX ) but Still have Problem and cant open bf3_server_final.exe at the first i receive "XINPUT9_1_0.dll" error and i downloaded and copy into systenm32 and game file then i receive new error "0x0000007b" ( i search in all websites and download all dll or visual C++ files but not working...)
